Dr. Janet Meyerhoff, DVM
Janet Meyerhoff, DVM, was born in Monterey, CA, and grew up in sunny Southern California. She graduated in 1983 from UC Davis with Bachelors of Science in Genetics, and in 1987 from UW Madison with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. From 1987 to 1989, she took part in an internship in the Bay Area where she gained experience in avian medicine, ophthalmology, emergency treatment, and surgical practice. Since then, Dr. Meyerhoff has been practicing veterinary medicine and surgery, treating countless small animals, pocket pets, rabbits, and reptiles. When not spending time with her fur babies and rehabilitating local wildlife, Dr. Meyerhoff enjoys hiking, walking on the beach, gardening and tending to her roses and orchids, and spending time with her two beautiful adult children Emma Lee and Forrest.
