Before working in the veterinary field, Mary was a bookkeeper in a downtown office. The commute and the office environment pushed her to look for another job. Without knowing anything about the veterinary world, she secured a job at a clinic, and it did not take long before she fell in love with the work! She has worked as a Customer Service professional in the veterinary field for more than 25 years.
Mary was born and raised in Manila in the Philippines. She moved to the U.S. to be closer to relatives and she has established a lovely home in North Hollywood with her two sons and one daughter. The family has a Poodle named Snoopy and Mary is a proud grandmother of 4 grandchildren, all of whom she loves very much.
Mary is kind and she always tries to brighten up people’s day with her infectious smile and laughter. She is one of the first few faces you meet here at Rainbow as she is the Head Receptionist. She truly cares for the well-being of all our clients and their pets as she does callbacks days after their appointment.
In her spare time, she likes reading and cooking, and she especially loves trying out new dishes that she thinks her family will like. Her cooking is very popular with her children’s friends since most of them choose to eat at her house!
